After two years of research and development, Honokage has solved the technical difficulties of MCDM in in mold labeling and successfully applied it to thin-wall in mold labeling products. As a national high-tech enterprise, Honokage practices the concept of green development and makes contributions to environmental protection, plastic reduction, green low-carbon and sustainable high-quality development.
This project won the second prize in Fujian Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2022.

Degradable plastics refer to a kind of plastics whose properties of products can meet the requirements of use, remain unchanged during the storage period, and can be degraded into harmless substances under natural environmental conditions after use. Therefore, it is also called environmentally degradable plastics.
Now there are many new types of plastics: photo degradable plastics, biodegradable plastics, and environmentally degradable plastics.

MCDM means『Microbial Chitosan Complete Degradation Material』
It is a plastic additive based on biological decomposition technology, and an activated bacterium developed with ultra nano technology.
The main process principle is to add a biodegradable biomolecular mineral to the non decomposable synthetic polymer such as polyethylene.
In real life, the environment in which these bacteria can be activated →→→ buried in soil or compost and incinerated
The activated bacteria can decompose plastics into CO2 and organic matter, so dioxin will not be produced during incineration
The decomposition products buried in the soil will be completely decomposed by the nematodes and bacilli
MCDM is a new material composed of 36 substances such as minerals, proteins and biological bacteria
The products made of MCDM environment-friendly plastic do not change the molecular structure of the plastic, but only change the aging post-treatment of the plastic
Under general inactive storage conditions, these bacteria cannot be activated. Therefore, the existence of these bacteria, like the existence of additives, will not increase the rate of oxidation or degradation of the added plastics as the general degradable plastics increase with time or environmental humidity. Therefore, the products made of MCDM environment-friendly plastics will not have the problem of aging! It can be recycled and reused until there is no physical property

The above-mentioned biodegradable activated bacteria is harmless to human body, and starts to activate in the sludge pile with 20% humidity above 18 degrees Celsius, and the degradation effect will be achieved after about 60 days
