The 45OZ IML plastic margarine tub and lid is relatively large for conventional thin-walled containers. The maximum overall dimension is 158 (length) * 129 (width) * 115 (height) mm. The wall thickness of this product minus the wall thickness of the standard in mold label is about 0.48mm, which requires very high requirements for the research and development of injection molding materials, molds, injection molding machines, and production processes. Through team research and development and high quality standard control, the product meets the customer's requirements for use. The product wall thickness tolerance is controlled to+/-0.05mm, and the stacking pressure test reaches 280N, The load drop test of the substructure shows that the drop height can reach 650mm without cracking.
